Ventless-gas-logs.com was very quick in sending the unit and had very good communication on the status. The unit arrived in a few days. Completed the installation without problems. The unit works very well. Especially like the remote with thermostat. It works very well. We are very pleased with the unit and highly recommend to anyone.

I can't wait for the weather to get cool so we can use our new logs. The lady who took my order was a huge help. She knew the answers to my questions. The shipping was speedy and the box arrived before the date promised.
