(pros)Received fire logs totally in-tact,very impressed with the sculptured and artistic appearance of the logs and as they are displayed when totally assembled. Used my old remote which was compatible with the fire logs. Great Value. (cons)The two wires for hooking up the remote should be tagged as such with instructions to place the manual switch in the "on" position for the remote to operate. Overall, very delighted with the fire logs and would definitely recommend this product to anyone.

Our logs were delivered very quickly and they have been installed. They are beautiful and warm and heat our downstairs really well.
