The 12" depth of your fireplace is not large enough for any of the ventless gas log sets we offer. The ventless gas logs are designed for a wood burning fireplace, you should have the fireplace checked by a professional it is very shallow and may not be fireproof. We have many local customers who have fake fireplaces that were never designed to burn wood and once held some sort of gas or coal heater.
