My wall switch isn't working
Good afternoon, Lisa. I wanted to thank you again for your assistance last night. I don't see us using the fireplace; particularly if I can't resolve the issue with the wall switch not working. I would imagine the switch on the unit will be very hot to use if I can't use the wall switch to turn off the unit.

You can use the switch on the burner to turn the ventless gas log set it on and off, it doesn't get hot, the concentration of heat is above the burner. Also, you have a millivolt system and can choose to install a remote in and use that in place of the switch. We offer a basic remote for about $80. You are welcome, I was very happy to help.
