I would like to thank Shawn Parnell and all the support people for working with me on a recent purchase of a gas log fire place. The technicians and Sean worked with me numerous times,by phone, of which apperared to be a faulty unit. It was finally discovered a regulator on the gas tank was faulty and not the unit at all. I was concerned about buying from the internet but I will say the customer service all of you have provided me has been greatly appreciated.
