We received our logs in three days. We were thrilled. Unfortunately one of the main logs was broken. We called the company and were told we could put it together and use it until the new replacement arrives. I love the looks of the fire with the two separate gas lines. It certainly has the look of a real log fire, and throws a wonderful comforting heat. We are well satisfied with this product, and anxiously await our replacement log.
