I have this product and am extremely happy with it. The only problem I have is that I bought a remote for it, and the electrician called the company and says a remote won't work with this unit.

Received the log set today. Installed and ignited on manual. Ignited well and has a good flame
on all burners. Haven't got the remote programmed yet, I did get it to accept the receiver. Just a
matter of time. If I need assistance I will call the number given in the notice.
