I bought a monessen ventless fireplace from these guys. The fire brick panels were damaged durning shipment. I called them and told them my problem and they were more than happy to take care of the problem. That's how you know if a company is a good company. When you have a problem they're willing to help you after you already made your purchase! These guys are great.
