Can you burn with broken logs?
I need instructions on how to order a replacement part. I need a #2 Part# 113621-02 Front left Log. One (1) each. I have a VUL 18PT Ventless Fireplace. Serial# WPO7041TT. Date of purchase was 10-24-08. If this is not possible can you burn broken logs? Thank you
I am not familiar with the serial number of the model you have listed. You will need to purchase the replacement log from the manufacturer of your ventless gas fireplace, as the logs are manufactured specifically for the burner. It isn't recommended to burn the fireplace log set with a broken log as it could create an odor or sooting.
