The logs arrived at the home I will be moving in to within the next several weeks 3 days after I ordered them! I was very impressed with your company - the lady that took my order was very professional. The logs have not yet been hooked up to the gas line so I can't comment on the logs as they will be when in use, however, they are lovely and realistic and I'm expecting to be very happy with my purchase. I will definately order from you again!
